Dixon is not only a force in the corporate world; she pours her knowledge and resources into the community as well. She led an effort to collect over 900 pounds of food for the Atlanta Food Bank just as Covid was beginning to affect the community. A strong belief that her failures aren’t failures at all, but learning experiences, gives her the fuel to continue to move through challenges and capitalize on them for the betterment of herself and her community, and all those she impacts benefit from her determination, focus, and willingness to give of herself for the greater good.
